Recently, for the second year running, Carpenter & Smith team members volunteered with Feeding America, supporting the incredible work of the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. As a member of Feeding New York State, the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley collaborates with over 400 agencies across six counties to combat hunger and prevent food waste.
Our volunteers rolled up their sleeves to sort and box food, which is then distributed to food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, youth programs, senior programs and programs for people with disabilities. This vital work ensures that those in need have access to essential provisions, helping to create a healthier, more nourished and well-fed local community.
